Located in a heritage structure, JJ&A has carefully restored elements of this classical building to accommodate a modern-classic themed Sales Office. The gorgeous double-height ceilings have been clad in wooden rafters. This coupled with the exposed structural elements form the highlight of the reception area. The wooden trellis running through the common passages along with detailed trimmings and moldings used throughout the office takes inspiration from the façade details that line the building thereby reflecting the old-world charm the exterior portrays. The end result was a warm, inviting sales office for prospective clients and visitors to enjoy!
